This is why I became a certified professional coach. I love working with people like you because I know what you’re going through. I’ve been where you are. I used to be a painiac. I remember what it’s like to feel like no one is listening and there’s no one to talk to about how much it hurts. Relationships are fragile and chronic pain can make them break.  Work is already a challenge and with chronic pain it can become nearly impossible to stay gainfully employed.  

The good news is that there is power in pain. It can move you to do things you didn't know you even had the ability to do. I can help you find that power. I'm not a therapist or a counselor; I'm a coach. I'm someone who can listen to, resonate with, and understand what it is you are going through--and then I can help you clarify your manageable goals and to establish a plan of action that uses your innate strengths, so that you can start to feel accomplished rather than defeated. Together, we will work to adjust how you process and experience living with chronic pain, so that you feel more productive (get things done), social (spend time with those you love), and confident (remember how awesome your body is!). 

I work with my clients on the phone because it's more convenient and we can work from anywhere. It’s confidential. It’s safe. It’s comfortable. It’s just you and me, working together to help you find your more peaceful body

I also provide you with support via email between our coaching sessions, so we can stay connected and check-in about all of the great progress you will make.
